We only keep the data that is necessary for us to carry out our business.

Lawyer Details

The details of lawyers who are subscribed to our system are kept by us. We also keep those who still have open cases.

Periodically we delete all details of lawyers no longer current in our system.

Client Details 

Periodically we will delete client details relating to cases which have been settled or finalised.

If you want to open another account you can do so at anytime however if you have another negligence issue you already have a lawyer and can save yourselves our fee.

Your Case Details 

When a lawyer accepts your case or the 72 hours has elapsed without a lawyer accepting, all of your case details are removed from our system. Your case details are of no interest to us, in fact we don’t even see them as they are automatically sent to the lawyers in your chosen city.

Invoice details

Client and lawyer details on invoices are kept by us for as long as the taxation department requires us to.
