The lawyers in your chosen city have 72 hours to carry out the Conflict of Interest checks. Once a lawyer has “accepted” your case you will be sent an email and will then have to login our system and get your lawyers details.

It’s then entirely up to you to contact them and to make the first appointment – the lawyers have been instructed not to contact you.

We have to be fair to our lawyers and if it involves them having to chase and pester you in order for them to see you for a free appointment, the timing is not right for you. So when you feel that you are ready to have a discussion with one of our lawyers, for free, about your potential case please submit your case.

Please be aware though that there may be legal timeframes for you to comply with regarding the filing of your case. With us we were ruled by the warranty period with our vendor with was part of the sale and purchase agreement.
