There is no catch. Gabrielle and I set up this service for the benefit of people who feel they have been the subject of professional negligence but do not know how to progress their claim or cannot afford ongoing legal fees in order to do so. We don’t need to imagine what it is like as we have been through it – when we alerted our lawyers and asked the question, “How did we get into this mess and are you a party to possible action” – our lawyers promptly stopped representing us.
We then felt very isolated and alone as we had lost what we thought at the time was quality representation of our legal affairs. We then had to seek referrals from our other professionals so that we could move forward. We are really happy with the lawyers we used in the action but would have preferred to use Negligence Resolutions Limited had the service been available at the time.
Our first hand experience and the many stories of professionals being negligent and their clients being left in a situation where they couldn’t do anything about it is why we decided to create this service to provide the opportunity for everyone to pursue their claim.
